Expect to raise the heart rate, sweat the stress and lift your spirits in this powerful dynamic class. This is achieved by controlled breathing used in a specific manner to move from pose to pose. The class will flow dynamically to a restful calm conclusion taking moments to be mindful, relaxed and connect with the present.
