Box Clever Theatre, an award-winning company known for engaging, writer-led productions, brings Dickens’ A Christmas Carol to life. Their lively adaptation combines textual accuracy with fun, music, audience participation, and dynamic action. Students follow Scrooge—hard and sharp as flint—on his journey through past, present, and future until laughter and goodness melt the ice in his heart.
Workshop: Students can further explore Dickens’ creativity and social concerns in an interactive workshop. Focusing on key quotations, scenes, and character development, participants examine issues such as poverty and social injustice, deepening understanding while actively engaging with the story.
