WHO WE BECOME
Frensham is definitely not a one size fits all kind of school so it's not surprising that our alumni go on to follow an amazing array of careers - dancers, doctors, engineers, actors, politicians, musicians, sculptors, scientists, teachers, entrepreneurs... But the one thing they all have in common is that they all remain part of our community. Frensham Heights is a school that stays with you long after you leave. The relationships built here, the confidence grown and the personalities that have emerged - they all last long beyond each students time here. We are so proud of our students and staff, past and present. They are what make this school unique and unforgettable.
In celebration of the wonderful talents past and present at Frensham Heights, our Creative Arts Department would like to invite Old Frenshamians and our Frensham Community to be part of a printed Art Exhibition. Covering Art, Photography, Ceramics, Graphics and DT. There will be a launch event and the exhibition will be up in the Aldridge Theatre until Founders' Day.
Please click here to submit your artwork by 31st March, or email OF@frensham.org for more info.
A FEW WORDS FROM A FEW OLD FRENSHAMIANS
FLORENCE ANDREWS | OLD FRENSHAMIAN
"The freedom given at Frensham, perhaps more than at other schools, helps students to be more ambitious and driven rather than the other way round.
I think naturally humans want to learn – you look at toddlers and they want to learn to walk, they want to learn to talk – and I don't think that changes. The more regimented and stifling you make an educational environment, the more people resist it and decide they don't like learning. Frensham's really good at spotting what someone loves and what their talent is... and they follow that."
